This is a 12 October 2026 promo and rule check for FindBestProp. It follows the 10 October FTMO note. Two homepages printed a code string that was not on the last check. The FTMO clock has also passed, and the objectives page has not been rewritten.

FXIFY prints REWARD25
FXIFY now prints two codes on fxify.com. The October all-program string is back, at a smaller cut than the old CHART30 line, and under a new name.

REWARD25 is the code that moves the catalog. The promo bar calls it this month’s offer. The announcements card says Expires: 1 November. Those are one day apart. Read the cart before you treat either date as final.
A rewards popup on the same homepage says the FXIFY Rewards Program is now live: free accounts, store vouchers, and raffles, and 25% off all programs with code REWARD25. The popup does not spell out how a free account is earned. Do not invent a path. Open the live offer before you count on a bonus account.
The page’s own promo object sets discount_percent to 30 on ONESTEP35 and 25 on REWARD25. The visible titles say 35% and 25%. The stored ONESTEP35 line stays 35% until a cart shows a different total. Do not stack REWARD25, ONESTEP35, and partner FINDBESTPROP (10%).
On a new 1-Phase buy, ONESTEP35 is the deeper cut if the cart still accepts it. On every other program except Instant Lite, REWARD25 is deeper than FINDBESTPROP. Instant Lite is named as excluded. Compare One Phase $5K (stored $47.20), Two Phase Standard Trailing $5K (stored $47.20), Two Phase Pro Static $10K (stored $90.30), and Instant Funding Lite $5K (stored $44, and outside REWARD25). AquaFunded prints AUTUMN
AquaFunded changed the thing the last ten days of notes could not find: a code string. aquafunded.com now prints Autumn Sale, 25% OFF, Limited Time, and a copy button for AUTUMN. The same code sits on the account picker for CFDs and Futures. No end date is printed on the banner.
The homepage still flashes $283 for a $100k account and still shows a $1,200 daily loss limit chip. Today’s picker shows CFD Instant, One Step, and Two Step, and Futures Flex, Daily, and Instant. The $283 line is a marketing flash. The stored Futures One Step Flex $100K stays $129. Confirm which SKU the cart is pricing before you treat $283 as that row.
AUTUMN is 25%. Partner k22 is still 40% off the fee and is the deeper cut. BACK2WORK was last named at checkout on 25 September 2026 (25% plus a 150% fee-refund claim) and was not reprinted this morning. It stays on the catalog until a cart rejects it. Pick one string. Do not stack AUTUMN, k22, and BACK2WORK. Affiliate checkout stays on the AquaFunded partner link.
The FTMO 1-Step cutoff has passed
FTMO did not publish a coupon. The homepage schema is still 9 October 2026 and still offers 20% off the $100K 1-Step only. The stored list fee stays €499. The public promo page still prints €399 beside €499. There is still no coupon box. 1-Step $10K stays €79, 1-Step $25K stays €199, 1-Step $50K stays €319, and 1-Step $200K stays €999. 2-Step Standard $100K stays €439.
The rule clock is the part that moved. The 8 October trading update says that from Monday, 12 October 2026, 09:00 MetaTrader time (GMT+3), Consistency replaces Best Day for new 1-Step orders and for 1-Step accounts merged from that time. Schema dateModified on that article is still 8 October 2026.
This check was made after that cutoff. Trading Objectives still prints the Best Day Rule: the best day may be at most 50% of Positive Days’ Profit. Schema dateModified is still 9 October 2026. The Consistency percentage is not on that page. The trading update still says the full description lands when the change starts. Do not invent a percent. Orders created before 12 October 2026, 09:00 stay on Best Day, including after a pass, a reward, or a later account. Neither rule is a breach. 2-Step Standard $100K is outside this switch.
Rechecks that did not move the catalog
These official pages were opened on 12 October. None of them replaced a stored code or a stored fee.
- Topstep. topstep.com/labs still leads with Drop #007, the $1.5K Challenge Powered Up, at $99. The Labs help article now says Updated this week. There is still no public coupon. Labs $50K Static stays $149. Standard Path $50K stays $49 a month.
- FundedNext. The homepage fetch did not print a new coupon. The Stellar October Starter article is still the indexed official page for STOCT. A direct fetch of that URL closed before the body loaded, so this check does not treat it as a 404. Stellar 2-Step 6K stays $59.99 list to $34.99 global. Do not paste STOCT on Futures Flex 50K. That card stays FNFLEX.
- E8 Markets. E8ARC still says Updated this week: 30% on Classic and 50% on perpetual Pro and One, through 25 October. Compare E8 One Forex $100K. Do not stack E8ARC with E8 or AAC4098A.
- BrightFunded. The homepage HTML still contains the Rally strings. The Framer page stamp is still 5 October 2026. Compare 1-Step $5K. Do not stack RALLY30, RALLY25, and RALLY15.
- Apex. The coupon page still says up to 92% off and still names SAVENOW for new signups only. Resets and PA fees stay excluded.
dateModifiedis still 17 July 2026. Not in the comparator. - Lucid. The New Live Structure article now says Updated this week. The cashout text matches the 7 October note. No code. Not in the comparator.
- Alpha Futures, not Alpha Capital. The discount page title still names ALPHA40 and ALPHA50 and still says Last updated 6 October 2026. The body did not print a percent. Not added.
- Tradeify. tradeify.co still shows $359 → $251 on the 25K evaluation and the $1,000,000 league. No coupon string. Not added.
- MyFundedFutures. The Studio guide says Updated this week. Schema
dateModifiedis 7 October 2026. No new coupon. Not in the comparator. - Funding Pips. The homepage returned 429 on this check, so HELLO and 300M were left as stored. Compare 2-Step Pro $5K only against the live cart.
How to use today’s check
Pick the account before you pay (comparison guide). Catalog codes live on All Discount Codes. Review pages keep only the two most recent notes for that firm. Today’s note is the one that lands on FXIFY, AquaFunded, and FTMO.
- On a new FXIFY 1-Phase account, try ONESTEP35 on One Phase $5K and read the total. If you are not a new trader, or the account is not 1-Phase, try REWARD25 on Two Phase Standard Trailing $5K or Two Phase Pro Static $10K. Do not paste REWARD25 on Instant Funding Lite $5K.
- On AquaFunded, k22 is still the 40% line. AUTUMN is the homepage 25% string. Open Futures One Step Flex $100K and use one code.
- If you already hold an FTMO 1-Step from an order placed before 12 October 2026, 09:00 MetaTrader time, keep using Best Day. If you buy a new 1-Step $100K now, wait until Trading Objectives prints the Consistency percentage. The 20% line is still that one account, list €499, promo page €399, no code to paste.
- Do not paste aggregator codes that were not on these official pages.
